ИЛМ АСТ, ПЕШБАРАНДАИ ДАВЛАТУ ҶАМЪИЯТ!

Имрӯз, 14 апрел дар толори Раёсати Академияи миллии илмҳои Тоҷикистон ба муносибати Рӯзи илми тоҷик бо иштироки олимону муҳаққиқони соҳа ҳамоиши илмӣ баргузор гардид.

Президенти Академияи миллии илмҳои Тоҷикистон, узви вобастаи АМИТ Хушвахтзода Қобилҷон Хушвахт бо сухани муқадимавии хеш аҳли илмро муборакбод намуда, зикр дошт, ки Ҳукумати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон илмро яке аз омилҳои асосии рушди кишвар ва олимонро захираи бузурги зеҳнии ҷомеа дониста, ба мақсади пешрафти ҳамаҷонибаи он ва беҳтар гардонидани шароити иҷтимоии кормандони соҳаи илм ҳамаи имкониятҳоро муҳайё намудааст.

Таъкид гардид, ки илм дар ҳама давру замон кафили рушди бомарому босуботи ҷомеа ба шумор меравад. Бо дарназардошти аҳаммияти хоссаи ин самти афзалиятнок дар партави сиёсати хирадмандонаи Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ-Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон корҳои зиёду мондагор дар амал табиқ гардида истодааст. Бо мақсади рушду инкишофи ҳаёти иқтисодиву иҷтимоӣ ва маънавии ҷомеа таваҷҷуҳ ба илм беш аз ҳар вақт аҳаммияти муҳим пайдо намудааст.

Гуфта шуд, ки давлат ва Ҳукумати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон ба илм ҳамчун омили пешбарандаи ҷамъият ва ба олим ҳамчун сарвати бебаҳои ақлонӣ нигариста, барои ривоҷу равнақи минбаъдаи илм ва беҳтар намудани шароити иҷтимоиву иқтисодии олимон чораҳои зарурӣ меандешанд, зеро рушди босуботи соҳаи илму маориф ҳамчун самти афзалиятноки сиёсати иҷтимоӣ ва таъминкунандаи пешрафти ҷомеа ва давлат маҳсуб меёбад.

Ҳамзамон намояндаи Дастгоҳи иҷроияи Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон Қувватзода Сайдулло, намояндаи Вазорати маориф ва илми Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон аҳли илмро ба муносибати Рӯзи илми тоҷик муборакбод намуда, аз дастовардҳои илми тоҷик дар замони соҳибистиқлолӣ ва дастгириҳои пайвастаи Президенти кишвар муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон дар самти илм ёдовар шуданд.

Дар интиҳои чорабинӣ олимону академиконе, ки солҳои тулонӣ дар рушди илми тоҷик заҳмат кашидаанд, бо ҷоизаву ифтихорномаҳои роҳбарияти академия, ва олимони ҷавон бо дипломҳои номзадиву докторӣ қадршиносӣ гардиданд.
